Climate Ready Clyde intends to prepare an Adaptation Strategy and Action Plan for the Glasgow City Region. In accordance with Section 8(1) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, Climate Ready Clyde has determined, in agreement with the Consultation Authorities, that the Strategy is likely to have significant environmental effects and that a Strategic Environmental Assessment is required. By virtue of Section 10(2) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, a copy of the determination notice is hereby publicised. A copy of the determination and any related statement of reasons, are available on the Climate Ready Clyde website at www.climatereadyclyde.org.uk/our-adaptation-strategy-and-action-plan/ and on the webpages of our respective local authority partners for inspection by the public. Once Covid-19 emergency measures are lifted, physical copies will also be made available for inspection by the public at all reasonable times at the reception of Exchange House, 231 George Street, Glasgow, G1 1RX. Climate Ready Clyde is funded by 15 partners and EIT Climate-KIC, and managed and delivered by Sniffer, Paul Watkiss Associates and Creative Carbon Scotland.
