TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013 & TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (MISCELLANEOUS TEMPORARY MODIFICATIONS) (CORONAVIRUS) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2020 Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) - Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposal: Conversion of offices to residential flats, erection of new build residential flats, a commercial unit (Use Class 1, 2 or 3), landscaping, parking and associated works. Location: Site at 187 Old Rutherglen Road / Commercial Road, Glasgow, G5 0RE. Applicant: Westpoint Homes Ltd. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, and following Scottish Government guidance, public consultation will be held online at www.187OldRutherglenRoad.co.uk between 28th January 2022 and 25th February 2022. There will also be an interactive live event on Wednesday 2nd February 2022 between 3pm and 7pm where members of the project team will be available to answer any questions submitted by email or telephone via a dedicated email address and phone number. If you wish to comment on the proposals, you may do so by returning an online questionnaire via the website or by email to 187OldRutherglenRoad@iceniprojects.com no later than 25th February 2022. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposed development.
