East Renfrewshire Council Roads (Scotland) Act 1984

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the East Renfrewshire Council propose to make an order under Section 152(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 redetermining the means of exercise of the public right of passage over the road described in the Schedule hereto. The title of the order is "The East Renfrewshire Council, Oakbank Drive, Barrhead (Redetermination of Means of Exercise of Public right of Passage) Order 2022"

A copy of the proposed order and of the accompanying plan showing the section of Oakbank Drive over which the means of public right of passage is to be redetermined, together with a statement of the reasons for making the order have been deposited at the offices of East Renfrewshire Council, 211 Main Street, Barrhead, G78 1SY The documents are available for inspection free of charge from Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm.

ANY PERSON may object to the making of the order by notice by email to:

Objections must be received by 20 May 2022 and should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.

SCHEDULE
That section of Oakbank Drive located between the extended southern kerbline of Oakbank Drive and the extended northern kerbline of Springfield Road, extending for a distance of 17 metres or thereby from a point 26 metres or thereby southwest of Aurs Road and shall become a section of road verge, the right of passage
being exercisable on foot only.
