It was decided that Akcay Insaat Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Sti will construct a new building with construction agreement in return for flat as replacement of buildings located in Antalya city, Kepez county, Kanal District, city block 7102 and plot number 6 which were determined as risky according to decision taken with 2/3 majority in the rate of shares pursuant to Application Regulation of Law number 6306 by holding a meeting on the date 09.03.2021 as city block owners according to clause 1, article 6 of Law Number 6306 regarding the buildings which are clearly determined as risky on the date 11.01.2021.

You need to participate to the decision within 15 (fifteen) days beginning from the date this announcement is published. If this decision is not accepted within fifteen days, your land shares shall be determined by Ministry or sold to other shareholders, who agree with the procedure, with Public Auction method according to Law number 6306 provided that it will not be less than fair value which the Ministry will have to be determined. When the last known address of the aforementioned owner could not be found upon the investigation of the institutions, this announcement has been sent by Antalya 3rd Public Notary on the date 18.02.2022 to London Consulate General for notification due to the MERNIS address being located in abroad in (FLAT 4, 38 LOVELACE ROAD SURBITON KT6 6ND) as stated in Address Registry System and since it was stated that the aforementioned person were not living/has left the apartment in the notification address and the notification was sent back, Ibrahim ECIS who was authorized by other shareholders with Co-decision Protocol, has implemented this notification according to Articles 28, 29, 30, 31 of Notification Law number 7201 upon the request.
