as amended by The Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation)
(Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.

Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) -Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant

Demolition of existing building and erection of purpose-built student accommodation with class 3 food and drink at 178-186 Trongate/11-13 Hutcheson Street, G1 5RY.

The second public consultation will take place on Wednesday 11th January 2023 between 12pm and 7pm at Metropolitan Bar & Restaurant, Merchant Square, Glasgow, G1 1LE.

During this time, members of the project team will be available to respond to questions related to the proposal, which was further developed to provide feedback on initial consultation.

If you wish to make comments on the proposal, you may do so on the day via feedback form or by email/writing to Mosaic Architecture Design, 226 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2PQ no later than Wednesday 1st February 2023.

This notice does not relate to a planning application.
Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
