[Moray Drive, Clarkston] Temporary Restriction To Use Of Road Order 2023
On the 13 January 2023 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order has been promoted to restrict vehicular access on a section of Moray Drive, Clarkston, in order to facilitate the safe operation of essential carriageway and footway resurfacing works within or near the road, scheduled to be carried from Monday 13 February until Friday 3 March 2023.
The Order authorises the closure of the road for the duration of the works.
Vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure may be permitted by the contractor on site only when it is possible to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time. Access for emergency vehicles attending an incident will be maintained at all times.
Alternative route: Stamperland Drive -Stamperland Gardens and vice versa.
