NEW Rangers recruit Rabbi Matondo was good enough to earn a big-money move aged just 18.
And although his spell in Germany didn't reach the heights expected, German football expert Adam Khan is confident a player of Matondo's ability can excel at Ibrox.
The 21-year-old signed a four-year deal with Giovanni van Bronckhorst's side last week.
Schalke have had nine different managers since Matondo joined in 2019, demonstrating just how tumultuous life at the club has been these past few years.
The Welsh international has since enjoyed a promising year in Belgium and will hope a successful spell in Glasgow follows.
