Turkish defender Ridvan Yilmaz has signed for Rangers in a £3.4m deal plus add-ons from Besiktas.
The Rangers Review understands the Ibrox men will fork out a total package worth around £5m should the left-back hit various performance bonuses while in Govan. There will also be a 20 percent sell-on fee included.
Yilmaz has committed himself to Scottish football for the next five years with a contract that will take him through to the summer of 2027.
The 21-year-old has already performed in the Champions League while he also won the Turkish title and has been monitored by a number of top clubs.
Rangers' Europa League Final opponents Eintracht Frankfurt were keen to bring the player to the Bundesliga but a deal collapsed over their failure to agree a fee.

Rangers, emboldened by the €27m deal for Calvin Bassey, have had no such issues and they have now secured a top-class replacement.
Ben Davies has also arrived in a £4m package that will see the Ibrox clubs defence have a level of strenth in depth not seen since the Advocaat era.
Yilmaz is a Turkish international with six caps for his country.
