Allan McGregor: Nightmare start to concede after just 45 seconds on his final appearance for Rangers. McGregor responded with a good save to deny Josh Ginnelly just minutes later and it was a comfortable evening until the late equaliser. 6

James Tavernier: Poor clearing header resulted in Hearts opening the scoring. Found himself in some promising attacking positions in the first half but his crossing was uncharacteristically wayward. Afforded more licence to get forward in the second half and flashed some dangerous balls across the box. 6

John Souttar: Aggressively attacked a header in the lead-up to Hearts opener but failed to connect with the ball. That was arguably the only botch on Souttar's performance as he continued his recent form with another solid display. 6

Leon King: Josh Ginnelly’s pace caused King significant problems early on with the Hearts striker constantly running in behind the Rangers defence. However, after a testing opening ten minutes, King looked composed and helped limit Hearts' attacking threat. 6

Ridvan Yilmaz: Showed real promise in recent weeks but he was slightly off the pace in the first half. Seemed well-suited to his wing-back role after the interval and released Sakala was an excellent pass. Grew into the game. 6

Nicolas Raskin: Constantly looked to receive the ball and forced Clark into a fingertip save with a rasping effort on 31 minutes. Raskin's tenacity to win back possession is such an admirable trait and he began to dictate play as the game progressed. 7

John Lundstram: The Englishman’s role was the most fascinating aspect of the night from a tactical perspective. Lundstram often drops into the right centre-back space in build-up and he moved into that position in the second half as Michael Beale switched to a back five and performed well. 6

Glen Kamara: Always looked to drive into space with the ball but his passing was slack early on. Showed some glimpses of his past excellence, with his trademark turns on what could be his last appearance at Ibrox. 6

Todd Cantwell: Subjected to some rough treatment early on, Cantwell set up Sakala for a chance with a lovely dummy. He looked Rangers’ most creative outlet in the first half and he produced a brilliant finish on his weaker left foot to extend his goalscoring run to four games. A crunching tackle in the second half earned rapturous applause. Cantwell has been outstanding in recent weeks. 8

Fashion Sakala: His pace is always a threat but his decision-making remains erratic - at best. As frustrating as Sakala can be, he does provide a goal threat and he showed quick reactions to pounce on a Toby Sibbick mistake to fire Rangers ahead. 7

Alfredo Morelos: Clearly eager to make an impression on his Ibrox swansong, Morelos looked far more energetic than in recent showings but he was starved of service in the first half. Every Rangers supporter in Ibrox was desperate for Morelos to score and that moment almost arrived when he fizzed a shot just wide after half-time. El Buffalo was, rightly, afforded a brilliant ovation as he left the field on his last appearance for Rangers. 7
