Rangers have unveiled a spectacular new kit to celebrate their upcoming 150th anniversary year.

The club, formed in 1872 have a series of huge events lined up to mark the momentous anniversary, including the opening of a stunning new museum at Edmiston House.

And shirt makers Castore have created a gorgeous new shirt that refers back to the club's origins and the four lads who dreamed of starting a football club with the words "The Gallant Pioneers" indented into the fabric.

The kit is described on Rangers' website as being "inspired by classic shirts of the past" and boasts an embroidered Castore and RFC 150th anniversary crest.

It is priced at £68 and can be purchased directly from the club.

The website states: "The Rangers Anniversary Shirt is crafted from sublimely lightweight, breathable, and moisture wicking fabric, with just the right amount of stretch for ease of movement and comfort of fit."
