HEARTS boss Robbie Neilson has been hit with an SFA charge after a row with referee Don Robertson during Saturday's Scottish Premiership clash with Rangers.
The altercation came about after Ibrox midfielder Juninho Bacuna was flashed a yellow card for appearing to grab Stephen Kingsley by the throat.
Both players were shown yellow cards, but Neilson felt Bacuna should have seen red.
As a result of his protests Neilson was sent off and he missed Craig Halkett's late equaliser for the Tynecastle outfit.
Neilson has been offered a one-match ban by the SFA but Hearts could appeal the charge.
Neilson said on Saturday: “I didn’t see the goal but I just heard the silence, which was nice.
“I was delighted. I was in the tunnel area and couldn't get down. I was disappointed to get the second yellow, but that’s football.
“But, look, when you come to these places you are not going to get those decisions. It was a stonewaller.”
