RANGERS boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst will be hoping to mark his first month in the managerial hotseat with another victory.

Van Bronckhorst admitted in yesterday’s press conferences that there were some doubts going into the game that would be assessed this morning.

As such, changes feel realistic to keep the starting XI fresh.

There is no need to unsettle Allan McGregor who has recaptured his form in recent weeks. Borna Barisic is better than he was in midweek so is likely to start again. The only change in the back four then should come on the right, where Nathan Patterson has merited a game.

Glen Kamara plays such a vital role at the base of midfield in this system, it seems unlikely that with a week’s break following this tie he won’t be in from the off.

Ahead of him, the in-form Joe Aribo may line up with Juninho Bacuna.

The front three is likely to remain unaltered. Ianis Hagi offers good balance to the side and Fashion Sakala hasn’t been trialled centrally under van Bronckhorst. Alfredo Morelos will look to continue his fine form.

Predicted line-up: McGregor, Patterson, Goldson, Bassey, Barisic, Kamara, Bacuna, Aribo, Hagi, Morelos, Kent

Despite suffering their only league loss of the campaign and only Premiership defeat in the last 18-months to today's opponents, Rangers should take care of Tam Courts' men.

The back five should remain the same given van Bronckhorst confirmed Borna Barisic has emerged from his bout of sickness.

The midfield three is likely to comprise Glen Kamara, Joe Aribo and Scott Arfield while the only change we could possibly see in the forward areas would be Fashion Sakala for Ianis Hagi.

As much as the Romanian has performed well on the right hand side of the front three, it would be interesting to see the Zambian or even Scott Wright given the nod.

Predicted line-up: McGregor, Tavernier, Goldson, Bassey, Barisic, Kamara, Aribo, Arfield, Kent, Morelos, Sakala.
