DANILHO DOEKHI, the Vitesse Arnhem defender, has admitted a move to Rangers would be 'very beautiful' as speculation over the 23-year-old's future continues.
The Dutchman, captain of his club, has entered the final six months of his contract and is likely to move on once it expires.
Doekhi has been coy when asked about where his future lies, with Rangers and Serie A giants Napoli both reportedly interested in the centre-half.
When discussing the prospect of moving to Scotland or Italy by gelderlander.nl, he said: "I am the type of defender for which there is less attention in the Netherlands.
"The Dutch are into attacking football, joga bonito. It doesn't bother me. My style now brings me here.
"Of course I get the stories of Napoli and Rangers. I am flattered. Scotland is passion. In Italy you really learn how to defend yourself.
"Both are very beautiful."
