GIOVANNI van Bronckhorst has confirmed Kemar Roofe is available for Rangers in tomorrow's Europa League final.

The Ibrox striker had been sidelined since the Scottish Cup extra-time win over Celtic last month.

But Rangers boss Van Bronckhorst insists Roofe has won his fitness battle and will be in the squad for the Seville final against Eintracht Frankfurt tomorrow.

Porviding the major fitness update, Van Bronckhorst said: "Yes, Kemar is available.

"He trained for the first time with us yesterday.

"He had individual training before that and will train also tonight.

"He will be in the squad for tomorrow, if I want to use him."

There had been major doubts over Roofe's availibility with the striker not fit enough to make the bench in Rangers' closing league fixtures.

But Van Bronckhorst is delighted to have the striker back in the squad for the Europa League final with Rangers desperate to make history and triumph over Frankfurt.

The Rangers boss added: "Kemar is a boost for us, he is important and I am happy for him as he has been working hard to return.

"He is there and ready to play a part."
