SEVERAL Premier League clubs are reportedly tracking rising Rangers star Leon King.

The defender, 18, is now a full first team player in Giovanni van Bronckhorst's squad.

He started against Liverpool last week in their Champions League showdown at Anfield.

The young Scot equipped himself well on the right of a back three, going up against some of the world's best attacking players.

King is now regarded as a strong option for Rangers in their defence.

And with less than two-years to go on his current contract, EPL clubs are monitoring his progress.

Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano claims Man United, Newcastle and Leeds have all scouted King.

He tweeted: "Many clubs are monitoring Rangers centre back Leon King (2004) who started against Liverpool at Anfield, last week — he’s out of contract in June 2024.

"Manchester United, Newcastle and Leeds have already sent their scouts to follow King."
