Philippe Clement has provided a Rangers injury update ahead of the club's Scottish Premiership clash with St Mirren.

The Ibrox boss has confirmed that Kieran Dowell, Ben Davies, Kemar Roofe, and Danilo will all be missing for the contest.

Clement will however have both Todd Cantwell and Nico Raskin available for selection in a boost for the club.

In his press conference today, he said: "Todd Cantwell and Nico Raskin are ready for action tomorrow and will be available - Kieran Dowell, Ben Davies, Kemar Roofe and Danilo are out."

Clement also revealed that youngster Alex Lowry returned from his loan spell at Hearts with an injury.

The Scottish youth was set to go out on loan again for the second half of the season, but that now looks unlikely.

Clement continued: "Alex Lowry returned from Hearts with an injury - and will be out for the next 6-8 weeks. We didn't know the severity of his injury when he first returned.

"Every manager would love to have a crystal ball - we don't know yet what players will leave. We are focused on today, and on winning our next game with all the players we have here just now.

"Alex Lowry is a talented player - he developed away on loan and we are disappointed he is injured. It is difficult for him to get minutes here - so it is not an ideal situation."
