The Rangers manager is Phillipe Clement.

Having taken charge at Ibrox in October 2023, the ex-player and experienced coach replaced the outgoing Michael Beale, and led his side to a Scottish League Cup victory just two months after moving to Glasgow.

During his playing days, Clement, a one-time central defender, was capped 38 times for his country, and played at club level for Beerschot, Genk, Club Brugge, Coventry City and Germinal Beerschot. Clement retired as a player in 2011.

Clement's first management role saw him take control of Waasland-Beveren, before moving onto the likes of Genk, Club Brugge and Monaco - before the Belgian moved to Scotland to take charge of Rangers. Two months later, and the 50-year-old helped the Light Blues lift the Scottish League Cup – the 28th time the club had done so in its 152-year history.
