Rangers are at the beck and call of FIFA as they wait to see when Mikey Moore will become available for selection.
The talented young winger joined the Ibrox club on a season-long loan deal from Tottenham Hotspur on Friday.
[[Rangers]] return to domestic action for the new season this weekend as they travel to face Motherwell at Fir Park. It remains to be seen whether Moore will feature, however.

Indeed, as head coach Russell Martin explained at his pre-match press conference, because Moore is under 18, he is deemed a minor by FIFA. Therefore, clearance for him to play can take longer to come through.
"We're still waiting," he said.
"So I don't know when he's going to be available because it takes a bit longer because he's deemed a minor by FIFA under 18.
"So we're at their beck and call, really, and waiting. So everyone's pushing for it, the SFA, the FA, us. So we just have to wait and see when that comes."
Despite concerns over when he may actually make his debut, Martin thinks Moore is an exciting arrival.
He said: "I think it's a brilliant signing for the club. I think it'll be good for us and good for Spurs, hopefully to help his development.
"It'll be good for Mikey. So I think it's a really good move for everyone.
"And I think he'll definitely add to us as a big option on the pitch in the forward line. He can play in a few positions, and he's a super talented boy. So yeah, we're excited to have him."
