Ex-Rangers winger Vaclav Cerny has reportedly given the green light to join Turkish giants Besiktas.
The 27-year-old spent last season on loan at Ibrox, scoring 18 goals and assisting nine in 52 appearances across all competitions.
Cerny's Rangers switch was never made permanent, and he returned to Wolfsburg, his parent club, this summer.

Now, however, the wide man could be on the move. Indeed, according to Turkish outlet Fanatik, Cerny has given the green light to join Besiktas.
It is said that Wolfsburg are demanding €8 million for the Czech Republic international, although Besiktas remain in discussions regarding the fee, which is 'the only obstacle to the transfer'.
In joining the Turkish club, Cerny would play under Manchester United legend Ole Gunnar Solskjær.
The attacker could also come up against Fenerbahce, whom he scored against in the Europa League for Rangers last season.
