The Union Bears have sent a clear message to the Rangers players with a banner during today's game against Dundee United, urging them to face their failures like men.
It comes amid a poor start to the season, which saw previous head coach Russell Martin dismissed.
Under-19s head coach Stevie Smith is in interim charge for this afternoon's match.

In the early stages of proceedings, the Union Bears unveiled a 17-word banner.
It read: "No more buses to hide on. No more managers to hide behind. Face your failures like men."
From Rangers' 1-1 draw with Falkirk in the Scottish Premiership last time out, Smith made three changes to his starting lineup today.
In came Jayden Meghoma, Thelo Aasgaard, and Oliver Antman, as Nasser Djiga, Connor Barron, and Mikey Moore dropped out.
"It was a tough decision because a lot of the players trained really well and caused me a problem," Smith told BBC Sportsound pre-match. "Some players actually surprised me by their levels of training performances.
"Some of them have put themselves into the team. It wasn't an easy decision. But I'm confident the team I've put out can go and get us a result today."
