Steven Davis has responded to claims he could be lined up for a position on Danny Rohl's Rangers backroom team.
The new Ibrox boss has far added Sascha Lense and Matthias Kaltenbach to the coaching staff as first-team performance manager and assistant coach respectively.
He wants to bring in another coach who has both knowledge of the Scottish game and direct links to the club, with speculation that could mean a role for either Davis, Lee Wallace or Neil McCann.
The Northern Ireland legend has appeared on Premier Sports' coverage of today's semi-final between Rangers and Celtic and was asked about the situation.
"From my point of view it has all been rumours and speulcation, I've not heard anything. Obviously, I've had a lot of messaged from friends and people connected with the club asking the same question.
"But there's been no conversations so unless you know any different, please let me know."
