Former Rangers attacker Greg Stewart has signed for Cove Rangers on a short-term deal.
The Scottish League One strugglers have confirmed the addition of the 35-year-old, who is back in Scotland after winning the Indian Super League with Mohun Bagan.
Paul Hartley has swooped to bring in his former Dundee player after also adding another experiended forward in ex-Aberdeen striker Chris Maguire, 36.
Stewart was playing for his third team in Indian football after spells at Jamshedpur and Mumbai City. His former clubs also include Aberdeen, Kilmarnock, Birmingham City and Cowdenbeath.

He had two seasons at Ibrox, scoring three goals in 32 appearances and being part of the title winning squad of 2020/21.
Announcing his signing, Cove said: "We are pleased to confirm the signing of Greg Stewart on a short-term contract until January.
"Having brought in Chris Maguire last weekend, on a similar basis, Greg and Chris will provide valuable experience and depth to the squad as we still have a significant number of core players unavailable through injury. "
