Kieran Dowell has finalised his exit from Rangers and put pen-to-paper on a deal with Hull City.
The Rangers Review reported on Thursday morning that the midfielder was set to become the latest departure from Ibrox this month. And Rangers have now confirmed that a deal has been completed as Dowell heads south of the border to join up with the Championship outfit.

Dowell was signed by Michael Beale in the summer of 2023 and saw his first campaign curtailed by injury. He has struggled for regular game time under successive managers and spent time on loan at Birmingham City last term.
Russell Martin regularly called on Dowell’s services at the start of the campaign but his chances have been limited under Rohl. He scored in the Scottish Cup win over Annan Athletic last week in what was his final appearance for the club.
The Rangers Review reported earlier this week that Findlay Curtis was also set to depart Ibrox. The winger is on the brink of a loan switch to Kilmarnock.
Rohl remains in the market for further reinforcements this month. Asked about the reports linking Rangers with a move for Yan Valery, a former player of the German's at Sheffield Wednesday, Rohl responded: "No, it's not our player at the moment.
"We carry on, I think in the market there are a lot of rumours, a lot of names. Of course, some players are linked with me because I did in the past, but at the moment we have a clear idea and let's see, sometimes it's better it's a secret than not to open.
"I think it's generally not about the name, it's about how he can help us. The first three signings, you see it really in the training group at the moment, how we increase our level also with them, they give us something extra, they push the other players around, I think it's fantastic to see how the group is growing.
"And maybe we can find some more players to help us, and if not, we carry on with this group because they make a fantastic job so far."
