Rangers keeper Rydnn McGuire is being tracked by several Premier League clubs after entering the final 18 months of his Ibrox deal.
McGuire has been an impressive performer for the Under-19 side that are managed by Liam Ross this term and has been given valuable experience at first team level over recent seasons.
The Rangers Review revealed in May that Arsenal and Everton were keeping close tabs on the shot-stopper. It is understood that Everton subsequently had a bid worth more than £1million rejected for the then 16-year-old as Rangers sought to retain the services of one of their most highly-rated academy prospects.

Now the Rangers Review understands McGuire is back on the radar of clubs south of the border. McGuire signed his first professional contract 12 months ago and talks are expected in the coming weeks as Rangers look to attempt to keep the Scotland youth internationalist at Ibrox. If McGuire was to depart under freedom of contract, Rangers would only be in line to receive a nominal development fee.
McGuire captained the 19s in their CAS Elite League draw with Hearts on Monday night. And we can reveal that a handful of clubs were checking in on the keeper once again.
Long-term suitors Everton remain keen on McGuire but face competition from Brighton and Hove Albion, Brentford and Bournemouth after they were in attendance at Auchenhowie. Former Rangers coach Colin Stewart is now part of the staff at Liverpool and is also thought to be an admirer of McGuire.
It is understood that Rangers have been asked what level of fee would be deemed acceptable as clubs south of the border monitor the situation ahead of the summer window. McGuire is a boyhood Rangers fan and will look to have a potential pathway towards a shot at the number one jersey presented to him once all parties sit down to discuss his future.
At first team level, Liam Kelly and Kieran Wright are both out of contract at the end of the season and Jack Butland will enter the final term of his Ibrox deal. Mason Munn moved to Dunfermline on loan in the summer but has made just eight Championship appearances for Neil Lennon’s side.
The Rangers Review reported last week that Kyle Glasgow, the 15-year-old midfielder, was set to commit his long-term future to the club despite interest from England and Europe. Glasgow confirmed his intention to sign in recent days after appearing at the Alkass Cup and it is understood that deal will be finalised in the coming weeks.
Rangers are working to tie down as many of their rising stars as possible. Ashton Scally has attracted interest from Chelsea, Fulham and Crystal Palace, while Aiden Crilly is another who has caught the eye of clubs south of the border.
Boss Danny Rohl handed Zebedee Lawson his debut in the Scottish Cup victory over Annan earlier this month. And 19s coach Ross told the Rangers Review the impact that the show of faith had on his Auchenhowie peers.
“When I'm watching the game last Friday and Zeb comes on, that's what it's all about, seeing him at Ibrox, doing his thing as he would call it," Ross said after a victory over Partick Thistle in the Glasgow Cup.
“I want more, hopefully more could get debuts between now and the end of the season. Winning 5–0 on nights like tonight is nice, but generally moments like Friday for me are the best thing about working in youth development.
“[A debut] gives everyone the belief in the academy that it's possible. We've got a manager who's willing to put young players in, like Ashton and Kyle Glasgow too, so from an academy point of view, all you could ask for is a manager who's willing to do that.
“The boys have got to be good enough. I really believe we’ve got a couple just now that have got a chance if they keep working hard and focused.”
