Rangers academy prospect Chris Eadie has joined Sheffield United on a permanent deal.

The 18-year-old, who spent the first half of the season on loan at Stirling Albion, is making the switch to Brammall Lane.

That comes a day after Joe Rothwell made the same move, joining Chris Wilder's Championship side from Ibrox for an undisclosed fee.

Rangers signed Ryan Naderi on transfer deadline day. Danilo is expected to join NEC Nijmegen and Rangers are also in talks with Rabbi Matondo to end his tenure at Ibrox six months early.

Eadie has spent two separate spells at the Rangers youth academy. The forward also spent time at Hearts as a youth player.
