Aberdeen caretaker Peter Leven has branded Rangers loanee Lyall Cameron as "too honest" in a penalty flashpoint Celtic.
The on-loan midfielder stayed on his feet in the box as Reo Hatate desperately tried to defend Celtic's lead at Pittodrie on Wednesday night.
However, Cameron didn't go to ground with Leven suggesting he "needs to ask the question" of referee Nick Walsh over a posible penalty.
On Sky Sports, Leven commented: “It’s about being a wee bit more clever.
“There’s a couple of things, little pushes where we don’t go down.
“I think Lyall’s got to ask the question [of the referee] right at the end there in the box.
“But the boys never gave up and I can’t fault their effort.”

“The players need to be a bit more streetwise,” he added. “Lyall needs to ask the question later on when Hatate goes in.
“I think he was too honest in trying to stay on his feet. There could have been contact there.”
Furious Leven also questioned the decision to allow Benjamin Nygren's winner to stand after VAR cheked for a possible offside.
He said: “It looks offside but why’s there not two lines drawn?
“There was only one drawn. But listen, right now it’s not going for us, these decisions in the game."
