Rangers are considering a warm weather training camp next month to gear up for the closing stages of the Premiership title race.
Danny Rohl's side moved to within three points of league leaders Hearts with victory over St Mirren on Sunday. Celtic sit second in the standings and hold a narrow advantage over Rangers with eight matches remaining this term.

The defeat to their Old Firm rivals in the Scottish Cup quarter-final last weekend leaves the Premiership as the only target for Rohl to aim at. And the German could now use the free matchday to take his side abroad to prepare for the run-in.
The Rangers Review understands no trip has yet been put in place as the Ibrox hierarchy consider their options. A decision is expected in the coming days while Rohl turns his attentions to the visit of Aberdeen on Saturday evening.
Rangers host Dundee United after the international break and then head to Falkirk for the final match before the top flight split. The Scottish Cup semis will take place at Hampden on the weekend of April 18/19 and Rangers could now look to make the most of the freedom in the schedule by heading to the continent for a period of intensive training.
The first post-split fixture takes place on the weekend of April 25/26 and Rohl believes the title race will go down to the wire on May 16. Rohl will take his side to Parkhead and Tynecastle within the final five fixtures of a dramatic campaign.
"We are happy today," Rohl said after Tuur Rommens netted the only goal of the game to see off the Buddies on Sunday.
"I think after three good performances without the right result, today we took the result and this is the most important. When you go to the cup finals, it's about winning games and today we won the first cup final.
"Yes, it was the result today. I felt this in the morning when we met each other. There was so much energy in the dressing room, it was fantastic.
"There's so much belief in our group, there's no doubt that we can achieve something this season, but you have to take the results and today we did. I think the table now looks better than before this matchday and this is great."
