The Scottish FA's KMI panel has ruled that Rangers should have had a penalty against St Mirren for a handball against Alex Gogic.

Early in the game, Tuur Rommens' corner delivery was met ny Nico Raskin, who headed the ball goalward but saw Gogic in the way.

The ball appeared to strike the Cypriot's hand, although he did not appear to know much about it.

Nothing was given by referee Steven McLean and there was no request from the VAR for him to take a second look,

However, the KMI panel has ruled by two votes to one that the referee's initial decision was wrong and that VAR was also wrong to not intervene.
