Danny Rohl is confident a pre-split trip to Spain will give Rangers the edge in the Premiership title race this term.
The Rangers Review revealed this week that the German will take his side to the continent following their league fixture at Falkirk next weekend. Rangers will spend five days in Marbella and also play a behind-closed-doors match to round off their time abroad.

Rohl will use a break in the schedule following the defeat in the Scottish Cup quarter-finals against Celtic. And he believes there will be plenty of benefits on and off the park before Rangers return for the final five league outings.
"I think it's not a big secret, we will go in a small camp," Rohl said ahead of the visit of Dundee United. "There are a lot of advantages from my side, I think we look for every small thing, what could help to go in this final split.
"I think this is off the pitch and on the pitch, a great opportunity for us. I never do something and think of ‘if you do this maybe this is negative’. I think of course you will ask maybe, if it goes in this direction, then this question, but I think it will not influence in a negative way, it's always a positive way to go in such an environment.
"You have the group together, also some activities off the pitch, I think this is crucial as a group. I have time with the board, to speak about the plans for summer as well, I think Jim, Gretar, Stig, Dan, then I think we have a lot of time, that helps as well, there are a lot of benefits from such a time.
"We will hopefully have a friendly game as well, to give everyone minutes. All in all I think I'm very happy, that the club support me in this direction, and for me it's really a positive thing."
