The SPFL has responded to the developing situation surrounding Celtic withholding away tickets, ahead of their Old Firm match with Rangers next month at Parkhead.
After post-match events at Ibrox last month, following the latest iteration of the derby, the post-split match will, as things stand, have no Rangers fans attending, with the home side deciding not to offer an away allocation for the match on May 10.
Now, following responses from both clubs, Scottish football's governing body has given its say in a short statement on their website.

In full, the release said, "The SPFL today confirmed that it has received a request for a determination from Rangers in relation to their forthcoming William Hill Premiership match away to Celtic on Sunday 10 May.
"This follows discussions between the two clubs failing to reach an agreement on the ticketing arrangements for the match and Celtic notifying Rangers that Celtic is not in a position to allocate any tickets to Rangers for visiting supporters for the match.
An SPFL spokesperson said: “The SPFL Board will now appoint a sub-committee to consider Rangers’ request for a determination under SPFL Rule I27.”
