Alistair Johnston was lucky to avoid a red card against Rangers at Celtic Park.
That's the view of former Ibrox striker Kris Boyd who had his say at half-time of this afternoon's powderkeg derby in Glasgow's east end.
Johnston was shown a yellow card by referee Nick Walsh in the first-half of the fixture for a foul on Mikey Moore as the youngster - the goal scorer - attempted to hare away on an attack.
It seemed a simple booking from the whistler for the Canadian on first glance, but the Sky Sports production team had another look and pointed out the controversy for host Eilidh Barbour to bring up.
And when Boyd got a better look from a different camera angle than the original, the 42-year-old was left in little doubt that the colour of the card brandished was the wrong one.
"100 percent," Boyd said when asked if there should have been a VAR check. "When you see it like that there (from the different angle).
"He hits him above the ankle. It's a red card all day long."
Boyd's thoughts on the card were shared by fellow pundit James McFadden who acknowledged that Johnston was "very fortunate" to avoid an early shower.
However, former Celtic forward Chris Sutton wasn't so sure. Speaking on his co-commentary duties, the Englishman offered an alternative opinion.
"I'm not sure where he's supposed to put his foot," Sutton said. "He won the ball and I don't think it was that high.
"A bit dramatic from the guys in the studio!"
