The Rangers Review morning briefing has highlighted the urgent need for Rangers to make strategic signings in the transfer window.
This comes after Youssef Chermiti was ruled out for several months due to an anterior cruciate ligament injury, leaving a gap in the team's attacking options.
Chermiti's injury is a significant setback, as he was expected to be a key player for Rangers this season.
Joshua Barrie, reflecting on the situation, said: "You are having to now replace one of the most important players in your team. And that's not an easy thing to do."
The club now has to look for a replacement for Chermiti, as well as other positions that need strengthening.

Why Barry Ferguson was told he missed out on Rangers job and why he felt let down
It's expected that Rangers will look to bring in between three to five new additions before the transfer window closes.
Barrie also pointed out the importance of a well-settled team and said: "I think Rangers need a right-back, left-back, centre-back, a midfielder that can pass the ball forward and a centre-forward, and I think they need another winger as well."
The morning briefing also highlighted the importance of a settled team and identity under Derek McInnes.
Rangers have struggled to find a consistent starting XI, which has affected their performances on the pitch.
The midfield has been a particular area of concern, with Barrie suggesting the need for a player who can dictate play and provide the creative spark the team has been missing.
As the transfer window closes, all eyes will be on Rangers to see if they can make the necessary additions to their squad and turn their season around.
