Rangers SLO provides update on fan who required medical assistance

The Rangers supporter who required medical assistance at Saturday's win over Motherwell is recovering in hospital, it has been confirmed.

During the 1-0 victory at Ibrox, a medical incident occurred involving a fan and there was concern around their fellow supporters.

The club's SLO hs now moved to give the fanbase an update after staying in regular contct with the affected person.

There will also be a review into the full circumstances of the incident after questions were raised over the response to it.

A statement said: "We have been in regular contact with the family of the supporter who required medical assistance at Ibrox on Saturday and are pleased to confirm that he is recovering in hospital. Everyone at Rangers sends him and his family our best wishes.

"Given the seriousness of the incident and questions raised about the response, the club is reviewing the circumstances in full. All available information will be considered before any conclusions are reached.

"We thank the supporters and staff who provided assistance on the day."
