Willie Collum insists Hibs were correctly given a penalty at Ibrox last month.
On the second day of the season, the Leith side beat Rangers by goals to one, and were helped on the way by being awarded a spot kick, converted by Josh Campbel..
It was a contentious decision though, with a feeling that Hibs player Jason Kerr may have been giving as good as he got with Vanja Dragojevic.
Collum is satisfied with the decision and also claimed that at a meeting of all Premiership captains, all of them agreed.
He told the VAR Review Show: "We met with the Premiership captains about three weeks ago at Hampden. Nobody in the room thought this wasn’t a penalty.

"The reason the people in attendance thought it was a penalty was because, first of all, the player is not looking at the ball.
"If you are not looking at the ball you are not going to challenge for the ball. You are only interested in the opponent.
"As soon as our match officials see this kind of image, alarm bells should be ringing for them, because this is not a player challenging for the ball.
"They are running towards an opponent, they are not interested in the ball behind them and their main, sole intent is to block their opponent.
"The initial contact comes from the Rangers player. The Hibs player’s arms come up after the initial hold, which is now.
"I understand why the Hibs player’s arms come up. If somebody is running towards you like that and you are challenging for the ball, you are going to put your arms up to try to move that player away.
"I think it becomes mutual holding, but not in the first instance.
"This is not a referee problem. It is not a VAR problem. This is a problem for the players, and it is up to them to sort it out.
"If we are faced with these kinds of images in Clydesdale House, it puts the VAR in a very difficult position not to intervene.
"One key point I want to emphasise, on which we were in complete agreement with the clubs and the captains — the clubs in pre-season and the captains at a meeting during the season — is that this needs to be impactful.
"If this same incident happens way off the ball, we could find umpteen penalties every game. This is clearly in the drop zone, and that is what makes it really clear for us to award a penalty kick."
