Dan Neil feels there's one Rangers player in particular who epitomises the squad's togetherness this season.
The Ibrox hero won the day as Gers battered rivals Celtic 3-0 last weekend while Kevin Kelsy scored his first goal in his new colours.
It was a top performance from the Englishman but those around him also put in a shift and he reckons a partnership is beginning to form in the middle of the pitch with Nico Raskin.
At one stage Raskin was on his way out of the club and Neil might have been considered his replacement. But now the duo have been paired together and Neil feels it's working.
In general for the playmaker, 24, he believes there is now a bond inside the changing room with everyone willing to fight for their pals.
And Neil pointed towards forgotten man Bojan Miovski who showed up when it counted vs St Mirren recently despite being close to the exit door just weeks ago.
Neil said: “I think Nico is a fantastic player.
"I watched him at the World Cup before I even joined the club and I thought he was absolutely brilliant for Belgium and he's shown his quality since he's came in.
"Not just his qualities as a footballer, but as a lad as well and he's desperate to do well for this football club and I think you can say that in his performances.
"Talk about our partnership, but we've still got some other midfielders who are very good that need to be ready also and everyone has to work together.
”Bojan Miovski's the biggest example of that in the striker situation.
"He was ready to come on and make an impact against St Mirren the other night.
"It's a team game and from what I've seen, everybody's ready to make an impact when they can.
“I thought all the lads done the game plan to an absolute tee, in possession and out of possession.
"I thought we were really aggressive, really intense. but also mixed it up as well, we're really compact and narrow in a block and I thought we judged when to jump out of that block and go man-for-man very very well.
"I think you've seen that probably in the last few games which is why the clean sheets are starting to come."
