Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented by Colin Edgington to the sheriff at Glasgow craving the Court to order the name of Downiebrae Developments Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registration number SC458004 and having its former registered office at 64 Strathclyde Street, Glasgow, G40 4JR to be restored to the register of companies, the sheriff by First Deliverance dated 16th July 2019 inter alia ordered any party claiming an interest, if so advised, to lodge answers within 8 days of such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
