NOTICE OF PROPOSED COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT EVENT
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008

Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Residential development for approximately 200 homes and associated infrastructure works at Dalmarnock Road, Glasgow (17/01771/DC)

Notice is hereby given of a “drop in” event for all members of the public to attend to learn more about the above proposed development prior to a planning application being lodged with Glasgow Council. The event will be held at the following location/time: The Legacy Hub, 301 Springfield Rd, Glasgow G40 3LJ. Wednesday 6th September 2017. Between 1pm and 7pm.

At the event representatives of Springfield Properties PLC will be on hand to answer questions raised by the attending public. A feedback form will be provided at the “drop in” event and all those in attendance are encouraged to complete the form expressing their views on the proposed development. The completed forms should be handed to a Springfield Properties representative or sent to the company’s address as noted below.

For the avoidance of doubt it should be noted that any comments submitted about the proposed development, either at the event itself or subsequently by post (no later than 18th September) do not constitute representations to the Local Planning Authority. Once the planning application is formally submitted to Glasgow City Council, there will be a further opportunity to submit representations in relation to the proposed development.
