TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposal To Renew Planning Consent 17/00610/DC- Erection Of Mixed Use Development Comprising Retail, Office, Leisure (Including Cinema/Casino), Commercial, Education, Bars/Restaurants, Hotel And Residential Floorspace Together With Public Open Space, Associated Access, Servicing, Infrastructure, Parking And Landscaping (Planning Permission In Principle) at Glasgow Harbour (East) At Castlebank Quay/ Pointhouse Quay/ Yorkhill Quay, Glasgow. As a consequence of COVID - 19 we are unable to physically host a staffed public exhibition in relation to the above noted proposals. Instead we will be hosting the public exhibition online, which can be accessed from the following webpage http://www.mcinally-associates.co.uk/ghr/index.html This webpage can be accessed from the 21st May - 11th June and any comments /questions can be made both online on the webpage and via email. All comments to be submitted by the 15th June. In addition to this we will host a live web chat on the above noted webpage between 10am - 1pm on Friday 22nd May. Any questions received from the public from the date of publication of this newspaper advert until the 11th June will be responded to within 48 hours of receipt. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by Monday 15th June 2020 to advice@mcinally-associates.co.uk This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
