1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The Clydeport Operations Limited (Greenock Ocean Terminal Cruise Berth) Harbour Revision Order 2018 was made by the Scottish Ministers on 29 November 2018 and came into force on 30 November 2018.

3. Any person who desires to question the making of the Order on the grounds that there was no power to make it, or that a requirement of the Harbours Act 1964 was not complied with in relation to it, may within six weeks from the date of the Order coming into force, make an application for this purpose to the Court of Session. Any person thinking of challenging the decision to make the Order is advised to seek legaladvice before acting.



4. A copy of the Order and of the deposited plans and sections may be inspected, free of charge, between the hours of 9.30am to 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays at the offices of Clydeport Operations Limited, 16 Robertson Street, Glasgow, Strathclyde G2 8DS. Any person who requires further information concerning the Order should apply in writing to the same address.
