Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 & Town and Country Planning (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 Notice under regulation 7(2) (b) - Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant for erection of a residential led mixed-use development on vacant land to the South and East Of the Moxy Hotel. Location: 210, High Street Glasgow G4 0QW Vastint BV propose to apply for planning permission for a residential led mixed-use development comprising 235 apartments with shared amenities at ground level and an 8,000sqm office development facing High Street. The proposals include new amenity space and high quality landscaping to activate new public space adjoining High Street Station and reinforce existing pedestrian and cycle routes through Havannah Square. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, and following Scottish Government guidance, public consultation will be held online.
