Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at site at former College Street Goods Yard adjacent to No 4 Parsonage Square, Glasgow, for the erection of mixed use development, including retail, leisure, food and drink, non-residential institutions, business and commercial uses, build to rent residential, student accommodation and associated works. A public consultation event of the proposals will be held at Merchant Square, 71 Albion Street, Glasgow, G1 1NY, on Thursday 17th August 2017 from 2pm until 8pm. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 1st September 2017 to Brigid Ryan in writing at JLL, 150 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5ND or by email to brigid.ryan@eu.jll.com This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
