Public notice is hereby given that Thompsons Solicitors Scotland has applied to the Court of Session Edinburgh for authorisation to be appointed as the Representative Party in, and to bring, Group Proceedings against CELTIC PLC, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company Number SC003487 and having its registered address at Celtic Plc, Celtic Park, Glasgow, G40 3RE. The Court Proceedings relate to personal injury claims on behalf of individuals who were abused by James Torbett or Francis Cairney whilst playing football for Celtic Boys Club.
