(Hillview Drive, Clarkston) Temporary Restriction To Use of Road Order 2022

On the 11 April 2022 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order has been promoted to restrict vehicular access on a section of Hillview Drive, Clarkston in order to facilitate the essential Scottish Power utility works on or near the road, scheduled to be carried from Monday 23 May until Friday 3 June 2022.
The Order authorises the closure of the road for the duration of the works.
Vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure may be permitted by the contractor on site only when it is possible to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time. Access for emergency vehicles attending an incident will be maintained at all times.
Alternative Route: Buccleuch Avenue -Greenwood Road - Mearns Road -
Hillview Drive and vice versa.
