Application for new Premises licence under the licencing act 2003

We Surbitonian Gardens are applying for a new premises at Surbitonian Gardens, Poppy Court, Warick Grove, Surbiton KT5 8FF. Our application is made to Kingston Borough council High St, Kingston upon Thames KT1 1EU we are applying for the following licensable activities as an operational care home provider.
Performance of plays 14:30 to 20:00 daily;
Exhibition of films 10:00 to 22:00 daily;
Live music 14:30 to 22:00 daily;
Recorded music 08:00 to 20:00 daily;
Performance of dance 14:30 to 22:30 daily;
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises, 12:00 to 23:00 daily.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
