Pre-Application Public Consultation Event Major Application Proposal

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 7(2) (b)) Application for planning permission proposing the "Redevelopment of the Site to Include Student Accommodation, Class 1 (Retail), Class 2 (Financial, Professional, and other Services) and Associated Works" at 21- 41 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3EF ("the site"). The first public consultation event will be held at the former Bowery Bar, 35-41 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3EF, where the development team will be available to answer any questions. This event will take place on Wednesday 2nd November between 4pm and 8pm. Consultation boards will be available to view on our dedicated website - 21-41queenstreet.com

If you wish to make comments on the proposals you may do so at the above event, by email, in writing, or by contacting Montagu Evans, by 25th November. A further consultation event will also take place on 1st December between 2pm 6pm.
