Pre-Application Public Consultation Event Major Application Proposal

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 7(2) (b)) Application for planning permission proposing the "Redevelopment of the Site to Include Student Accommodation, Class 1 (Retail), Class 2 (Financial, Professional, and other Services) and Associated Works" at 21- 41 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3EF ("the site"). The second public consultation event will be held at the former Bowery Bar, 35-41 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3EF, where the development team will be available to answer any questions. This event will take place on Thursday 1st December between 2pm and 6pm. Consultation boards will be available to view on our dedicated website www.21-41queenstreet.com. If you wish to make comments on the proposals you may do so at the above event, by email, in writing, or by contacting Montagu Evans, by 23rd December.
