It's not often you get the chance to rub shoulders with a legend of the game.

Alfredo Morelos was certainly pleased last night as he met his 'idol' after playing his latest match for Santos.

The 27-year-old - who left Rangers at the end of his contract last summer - joined the Brazilian giants last year.

The famous old club brought through global talents Pele and Neymar, with the former slightly more renowned for his time there.

However, Neymar is still very much celebrated by the fans of the Sao Paulo side and many others in Brazil, with the 32-year-old breaking Pele's goal-scoring record for the country in recent years.

He famously played for Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, but last year, like many, took the next steps of his career in Saudi Arabia with Al Hilal.

Neymar was back supporting Santos for their game against Corinthians last night - and he made sure to pop into the dressing room at full time.

It was after the game that Morelos was able to meet him and pose for photos.

The pair stood together before Neymar gifted Morelos a signed shirt.

The Colombian striker shared images and video footage of their meet and greet on his Instagram, as he smiled next to the Brazilian icon.
