Rangers are open to offers for Alex Lowry and Adam Devine in the January transfer window.
Both players are out of contract at Ibrox in the summer and haven’t featured for the first-team this season.
Lowry and Devine, 21, are products of the club’s youth academy. The two players made their first-team debuts under Giovanni van Bronckhorst before signing long-term deals with the club that expire in the summer of 2025.
Lowry spent the first-half of last season on loan at Hearts before that agreement was cut short. The attacking midfielder has also battled with injuries over the course of the past year. He’s played three competitive matches for the Rangers B team this season, having been part of the first-team squad’s summer training camp in the Netherlands.
The midfielder’s last minutes in a Rangers shirt as part of the first-team squad came under the management of Michael Beale in May 2023.
Lowry made his full debut for the club during a Scottish Cup win over Stirling Albion in January 2022, scoring after replacing the injured Ianis Hagi.
Devine was handed a first start at the club by Beale during the former manager's debut 3-2 win in the dugout over Hibs. The versatile full-back, capable of playing on the right or left of the defence, spent the second half of last season on loan at Motherwell.
Devine featured in two Challenge Cup matches for the B team earlier this season during wins over Clyde and Bo’ness United.
Previously, we told that Rangers are likely to move for a centre-back in the January transfer window following injuries to John Souttar and Neraysho Kasanwirjo.
The Rangers B team won the Glasgow Cup last week with a 3-2 win over Celtic, earned by a late Zak Lovelance goal.
Speaking in the aftermath of the fixture Philippe Clement, who was in attendance, admitted there's still a gap that Scottish football must work to solve between the B team and first-team.
"Not after that game because it was not an amazing game to be honest and they also know themselves,” Clement said when asked if anyone in the B team had convinced him of their suitability for the first-team following Tuesday's match.

“There is still a gap to take. To be in the starting 11, I don't speak about getting playing minutes or experiences, but really to be in the starting 11, I think the gap is still there, but it's a logical thing. Also from Celtic, nobody is starting with the first-team.
"There is a big gap in between. We talked about that already a lot, about academies in Scotland and then expectations with being at Rangers and competing to get domestic titles, domestic cups and European football against top European teams. To close that gap, I think there need to be steps in between.
"In the club, we have had a lot of talks about that during this past year. In the SFA, people [are trying] to make things better to close down the gap [but] it's something you cannot close down in one month. There need to be a lot of actions made for the future."
