Notice is hereby given that on 1st August 2019 a certified copy of the order of the Court of Session dated 31 July 2019 (the Order) sacntioning a Scheme of Arrangement (the Scheme) under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 and between Lewmar Marine Limited a private company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts 1862 to 1890 with the registered number SC002445 and with its registered office at 1 George Square, Glasgow G2 1AL and the SScheme Shire-holders (as defined in the Scheme)
was delivered to, and registered by,
the Registrar of Companies in Scotland. On delivery of the Order
the Scheme became effective in accordance with its terms.
