NOTICE is hereby given that on 16 October 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at the Ayr Sheriff Court by Ponsse UK Limited, having its registered office at 1 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1AL seeking inter alia an Order that Bunyan Forestry Services Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC427059) and having its registered office at 4 Eriff Road, Dalmellington, Ayr, Scotland, KA6 7TT be wound up by the Court and that joint interim liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Ayr Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 19 October 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Ayr Sheriff Court, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, all of which notice is hereby given: Anna Munro, Solicitor, Dentons UK and Middle East LLP, 1 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1AL, Agent for the Petitioner.
